You can book a free 15-minute discovery call to determine if you'd like to work with us.

If the available times or dates are not suitable, email info@nourishologyhub.com, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.
You will receive an email confirming your booking with a Google Meet link.
After receiving your confirmation email, a second email will be sent with a health profile form to be completed ideally 72 hours prior to the appointment.
Contact us at info@nourishologyhub.com if you don’t have a Google account, and we can organise another platform for the virtual meeting.
Currently, in-person appointments are not available, but we are looking to add this option in the future.
Your first consultation includes a thorough health assessment. You will discuss your health goals and a personalised plan will be created to address your specific needs.
A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan will be sent to your email within a week. If you have any questions about the plan, please do email us. We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours.
No, this isn’t a requirement for an appointment. Functional tests are an optional extra and can provide more information which may be useful for your journey.
Payment is required at the time of booking appointments. At The Nourishology Hub, we appreciate that finance may be tricky at this time. Please email info@nourishologyhub.com for more information.
The consultation fee does not include the price of supplements, homeopathic remedies, or cell salts.
Sometimes we can provide a discount code for recommended supplements. Homeopathic remedies and cell salts are at an affordable cost.
